Deposits and payment
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. The remainder of your payment will be due in full the day of your event. Checks are not accepted.
Minimum package and booking
Parties start with a 25-person minimum; this includes children and adults. Everyone entering the park would be included in your head count.
I do not plan on going on the rides, do I still need to purchase admission?
Yes, everyone entering the park needs their own admission ticket, regardless of if they are riding or not.
What is the check-in process?
If you are hosting a party, you will enter through the birthday party entrance and check in at the birthday party office to pick up your bracelets. You will meet your guests at the birthday party entrance and distribute the bracelets for your guests to enter. Everyone entering the park would need an admission bracelet, no exceptions!

I am invited to a party, where do I go?
Guests attending your party will need to pick up an admission bracelet from the party host at the birthday party entrance before they can enter. A map of the park can be found here.
Can I bring my own food?
No, outside food is not permitted in the park. Food orders must be submitted at least 3 days in advance.
I have a birthday party booked, but it might rain, what do I do?
The week of your party we will be in touch to finalize your reservation. In the event that it looks like it may rain, we can reschedule your party to either a different time or different date, depending on availability. We do not schedule rain dates in advance.
