What measures is Adventureland taking to combat the threat of coronavirus?

How much does it cost to enter Adventureland?

Admission is $34.99 per person. When you purchase 2 admissions, you get 1 parent admissions free. Everyone that enters must reserve their spot. Applicable State and Local taxes are not included in the admission price. Visit the Admission Page for more information.

How can I get free admission?

When you purchase 2 admissions online at $34.99 you will get 1 parent for free. All admissions (including the free parent) must visit the park on the day reserved and must enter the park together.

How many admissions should I purchase for 5 people?

Please visit the Admission page (link to https://adventureland.us/tickets-pricing/) to learn more about the buy 2 admissions get 1 free parent admission.

Where can I purchase admission?

Admission is available online here. You must select the date and ride session you would like to visit.

What if the date I picked is unavailable?

If the date you would like to visit is unavailable, you must pick a different date.

What if I need to change my reservation?

Can I purchase admission at Adventureland?

No, all admissions must be purchased online in advance.

What is included with admission?

Unlimited rides on the date you select online.

What time does Adventureland open?

The park is open from 12pm-8pm daily.

What do I do if I have a 2020 Season Pass?

You still must reserve the date you would like to visit. You must do this online. You can reserve your visit here. A parent of a season pass holder can purchase a $50 Parent Season Pass, valid only for 2020, at the park.

I purchased a season pass in 2020 but was unable to visit.

2020 season passes will also be valid for the 2021 season. This extension will happen automatically; you do not need to do anything. $50 Parent Season Passes are only valid for the 2020 season.

What do I do if I have a Complimentary Pass to Adventureland?

You still must reserve the date you would like to visit. You can do this online here.

I have an Adventureland Gift Card—can I use it to purchase an admission online?

You cannot redeem Adventureland Gift Cards or E-Gift Vouchers online. You will be able to redeem gift cards and E-Gift Vouchers at the park, but you must first reserve the date you would like to visit the park here.

What happens if the park is closed due to the weather on the day I purchased tickets for?

If the park did not open, please keep your original reservation and email GuestRelations@adventureland.us to select a different day you would like to visit the park.

 

What happens if the park closes due to the weather when I am already at the park?

If you have been at the park for less than 3 hours and the park closes due to the weather, please bring your receipt to the Main Ticket Booth located outside the Arcade for a rain check.

What are the height requirements for your rides?

Specific information regarding height requirements can be found in the specific ride pages (access them from here). For your convenience, your child’s height can be measured at both of our Ticket Booths. All children are measured wearing their shoes. (Exception: If shoes have been altered in any way then the child will be required to remove their shoes before being measured.).

What if my child is too short to ride?

If your child meets the minimum height required for a ride, an adult can accompany them on that ride. An adult is a person 18 years of age or older. There is no substitution for parental supervision.

How much does it cost to park at Adventureland?

Parking at Adventureland is FREE.

Are pets allowed at Adventureland?

Only service animals approved by NY State are allowed inside Adventureland.

Can I bring my own food into the park?

Picnicking is not permitted anywhere in the park. For safety reasons, barbeque fires are not permitted. Coolers, food or beverages may not be brought into the park or parking lots.

Do you have strollers & wheelchairs for rent?

No, we do not.

How many people must be in my group to get a discount?

Groups of 20 or more can receive discounted admission when they make a group reservation 48 hours in advance.

Online Season Passes are sold out.

Can I bring a Birthday Cake to Adventureland?

No, Birthday Cakes are not permitted at Adventureland. If you have booked a Birthday Party, Dippin Dots will be provided for all riders.
