Guest Pass/Special Needs Pass Request Form

Please use the form below to request access to our Guest Pass at least 48hours before your trip to Adventureland.
Adventureland’s Guest Pass is available for children with autism or similar diagnosis that have difficulties standing in line.
The Guest Pass will not be available without a doctor’s note, and it is available on a first come first serve basis.

The Guest Pass will not be available April 12-21 and August 25-September 1. Please
plan your visits accordingly.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to access the pass if you have been approved. The pass is not valid for Group Sales bookings.
