Rules and restrictions

General

Rides: Admission

Adventureland is an admission park, anyone entering the park must have their own admission ticket.
Admission includes unlimited rides for the whole day.
Only a ticket booth representative can put an admission bracelet on a guest's wrist.
All Birthday Party guests and/or group leaders must have their own admission ticket.
Sorry, there are NO refunds on admission.

Rain Policy: Rain Checks

Rain Policy- Adventureland may temporarily suspend operations due to changes in the weather conditions. In the event the park closes, you will be eligible for a rain check if you were entered park within 3 hours of when the park closes due to the weather. You must email GuestRelations@adventureland.us with the serial numbers on your bracelets and the date you visited the park to confirm your eligibility for a rain check.
You must keep your bracelet. Do not throw away your bracelet.
When rain is in the forecast on your selected day, admission tickets will not be switched to a new date until the morning of your selected day once an official park decision has been made on the parks opening. The forecast is constantly changing and we are watching it closely to make the best decision. If park officials decide to close the park due to the weather forecast, please email us the morning of your selected day so we can switch your tickets to a new date. Please include:
- Your confirmation number
- Number of tickets purchased
- New date you’d like to visit the park

Safety Rules

Proper attire- for your safety, proper footwear is required upon entering the park. Open-toed sandals/shoes or flip flops are discouraged on any amusement ride or attraction in the park. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times while visiting the park. Clothing with profane or offensive wording will not be allowed. Park entry may be denied if clothing is deemed inappropriate for our family atmosphere.

Not Allowed

Pets are not permitted in the park unless checked in by Park Safety and approved as a service animal.
Season Pass holders must abide by all park rules or risk revocation of their season pass without refund
Picnicking is not permitted anywhere in the park. For safety reasons, barbeque fires are not permitted. Coolers, food or beverages may not be brought into the park or parking lots
Paging is not permitted. Personal announcements and pages cannot be broadcast in the park. Pre-arranged meeting places should be planned BEFORE you begin your visit.

Upon entry to the park, all guests go through a security screening process in addition to a bag check. The state of the art technology is used across the amusement park industry and is designed to create a safer, faster and better screening experience for all.

Note: Wheelchair, wagons, strollers, and scooters will be screened separately.

These items are not permitted in the park:

Outside food and beverage (1 sealed water bottle per person is permitted)
Personal reusable bottles or cups, except the current Adventureland Souvenir Cup
Alcoholic Beverages
Audio devices
Glass Containers
Weapons/Sharp Objects including but not limited to:
- Firearms
- Knives
- Tasers
- Pocket Knives
- Box Cutters
- Razor Blades
- Mace/Pepper Spray
Running, unruly behavior, profanity, and obscene gestures
Line Cutting
Bikes, Skateboards, or other balance vehicles
Smoking or vaping
Grills, grilling, picnicking and coolers
Pets or other animals except service animals

Please note: All items banned from entering the park will be confiscated and not returned.
